You place the booking. On the day, you travel and call us 20 minutes before arrive at the terminal. Our chauffeur meets you, do the documentation and then you are free to go. Chauffeur will drive the car to the compound. When you return call us, usually before collect your luggage’s enabling us to deliver the vehicle on time. We will deliver your car to the arrival terminal.

Once you choose the appropriate package, you complete the online booking form and make the payment. You will be directed to a secure payment page where the fees will be debited from your credit or debit card.

You will receive a confirmation email with all the details such as a unique reference number, the contact number for chauffeur hotline when you are 20 minutes away from the airport and on your return, confirmed flight details and directions and instructions on meeting the chauffeur at the departure terminal.

First, check your junk/spam folder and if possible check that you have used the right email address. If you have not received the email after an hour or more, then call us on 07413818425 or email us on info@parkingguru.co.ukWe will look into it and ensure that you get the email ASAP.

Yes, you can change the dates. We will not charge you for changing the dates but if the time period (for parking) exceeds than what you initially mentioned you will be charged accordingly for the extra number of days. Please make sure you do the amendments at least 48 hours prior to your departure, always earlier the better.

No there are no hidden charges. The price that you see on the website will be the final price for everything.

Our drivers are carrying an ID with the name of the respective parking company and it is visible.

Yes, they are fully insured to drive your vehicle to the compound and back. The drivers are picked only through a selection process ensuring they are well trained to drive any type of a vehicle.

There are no long documents to be read so it will not take more than five minutes. Our chauffeur will help you with accordingly.

This is a very rare situation given unavoidable circumstances. Usually our drivers are there on time or not late than 10 minutes to meet you and to greet you. But if this happens please call the chauffeur hot line once again to inquire. If it doesn’t help you give us a quick call on our customer service number.

Please inform us 48 hours in advance and we will refund you the money. The company charges a small administration fee as the cancellation charge. But if you do not inform us before 48 hours 50% of the money will be deducted prior to refund by the company. It takes about 7-14 days for refund to be processed. Please see the privacy policy and terms and conditions for more details.

We do monitor the flight details but if it is delayed or redirected and if you have the possibility of informing us it is advisable to do so to avoid any delays in getting your car back. You will not be charged over any such sudden changes in your flight schedules.

You may inform us any complaints via our contact page or via an email. We will acknowledge your complaint within 24 hours. Then we will investigate and act accordingly while keeping you informed. Our priority is you and that is why we work with only the trustworthy companies in providing you with the services. So, we take prompt action in solving your problems.
